i live at 22 Floors. it is right next door to slowdown, film streams, blue line and a lot of other lame-ass hipster stuff.

i want to keep it that way. DO NOT MOVE INTO 22 FLOORS. consider this your warning.

sure they are affordable, brand new, have modern studio layouts and are in the NODO neighborhood (near slowdown, film streams, blue line, hot shops, etc) BUT DO NOT LIVE HERE!
